Board and sharp did a great job on the 7 Wusthof Classics I had them sharpen for me. They completed the job in less than 24 hours and the results were fantastic. The edges were razor sharp, there was no scratching or grinding marks on the rest of the blade or handles, and they even re-profiled the tips of my pairing knives that had taken way too much abuse. I was very satisfied and will be sending more knives their way soon.
